I am very pleased with Berg Well Drilling. I had no water in the house and it was late in the day when I called. They were still able to come out & took care of the problem. Short Kudos! Woke one morning with zero water pressure. Contacted Berg and they adjusted their schedule to ensure I was visited that day. Fortunately, the issue was only a tripped GFI outlet. HOWEVER, during discussions, I discovered a few issues with the pump and plumbing that would make winter shut-down very difficult. Technician stayed and installed additional parts to greatly simplify the shut-down and provided additional service of teaching me the procedures for both shut-down and spring start-up. Very professional and I am thankful they showed the personal service of helping me - a relative novice regarding plumbing. Thank to Doyle III for his assistance.
